What a year 2014 was – I can’t believe how blessed I have been in life and work to have met so many incredible people and to have seen so many beautiful places and witnessed a collection of insanely perfect weddings. Life is good. I was able to visit new states, new countries, celebrate Christmas in Paris, make new friends, move to a new city, expand business further than I ever thought possible, and overall just become so happy with who I am and where I have come.
In November I was so so so lucky to spend an incredible weekend in New York photographing 3 incredible engaged couples and a beautiful couple expecting a baby (who is due in just a couple weeks!!). I love New York, and in the fall it has such a magical quality.
These two are amazing, and their story is even more so! While she was an au pair in France, he moved to the USA from France to her hometown! What a small world….it was fate when they finally met each other upon her return and fell in love and now they are getting married in her hometown and in France. How romantic is that?!
I love how they incorporated all the sweet details in their engagement session like Coca-Cola and a baguette highlighting the union of their two cultures in a super fun and playful way. These two are just so hilarious! We had a blast roaming around the city and I can’t wait to see these two hitched!
