I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Charlene at another job over a year ago, and I can honestly say she is the sweetest, most selfless person I have ever met. I always looked forward to coming into work and having our brief period of time to catch up on each other’s lives – she is amazing!! Then when she introduced me to Ryan I knew these two were the real deal and I couldn’t wait for their engagement session!
These two have a gorgeous love story, and their wedding was an honest display of the love they have for each other as well as for their family and friends. Their wedding date (coincidentally) happened to be the same date Charlene’s parents were married 34 years ago – wow! They even had an anniversary cake for them to cut at the reception. Little details like this made the entire day such a joy to be a part of and capture. Saude Creek Vineyard was a lovely venue – Charlene and Ryan spend a great deal of time winery hopping and “enjoying the finer things in life,” which made the decision of picking a winery for their wedding venue a super easy one!
I adored the rosemary they had planted outside the front door so guests could enjoy the yummy smell and all the non-traditional aspects of the bridal party. Just check out those bridesmaid outfits!! I love the sparkle and flair and how everyone could have their own style – gorgeous. Also, those floral rings! I have never seen that before, and I think it was an amazing variation on a bridal bouquet.
Y’all enjoy these pretty lovebirds and their super special wedding day – it was a fun one!
